Fees & Supplies

Introductory Note:

I offer a FREE 15-30 minute consultation for new students and parents to meet me and discuss curriculum, expectations and goals. You are welcome to bring a sample of your child's current work. Please be sure to note any areas that you wish to have emphasized during training.

Drawing Lesson Fees:

$15 for a ½ hour private lesson at my home in North Aurora. (Discounts apply for multiple students from same family)

Almost all of my lessons are set up as one-on-ones; however, I do occaisionally take two students together - usually siblings, couples, and/or parent & child. Students must be able to work together and respect each other's work. Lesson fee for two students together is $20 ($10 each)

I am currently limiting my lessons to Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please contact me for available remaining time slots.

I accept payment monthly by cash or check (Please make checks payable to Gina's Studio).

When a student is unable to make a lesson, I expect at least 24 hours notice, preferably more. Consequently, if I am not notified at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson, the full lesson fee will still apply.

Art History Lesson Fees:

Fees vary depending on how many students sign up for this group class. Please notify me if you are interested and I will put you on my current waiting list.

Supplies

From personal experience I can tell you that art supplies can be extremely expensive so I have worked hard to keep the price as low as possible on the required supply lists.

I recommend purchasing from Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or Dick Blick. Almost every week Hobby Lobby or Michaels has a 40-50% off coupon in the newspaper and Dick Blick has a preferred student discount program. Most of these items are on sale at least one of the stores at all times!

As a long time art customer myself, I often get mailed more coupons than I can use, so please let me know if you can't find any and I will see what I can come up with.
