LEARNING THE ARTS
"Welcome!"
Hi. My name is Gina and I am a local artist currently offering private art lessons for students in my home studio
in North Aurora, Illinois.
I am accepting children, teens, and adults of all skill levels.
My goal is to help each student learn the foundational skills of drawing that enables them to sit down and draw
anything that is placed in front of them -
whether that be a landscape, still life, portrait, etc!
A Few Things I Have Learned
- Creating art should be FUN!
- Art, like good construction, requires a solid foundation
- Using the right tools can make a BIG difference
- Each student is unique – and so should be the training
- The lens of art tints our perception of all life has to offer
- Learning art like riding a bicycle, once learned is never forgotten
My instruction will NOT be:
- A copy cat class
- Paint by numbers
- Craft time
- Easy
- Boring
